The definition of Empowerment at the heart of the Empowering Leader Academy is:

  • the FREEDOM to be yourself
  • while being ACCOUNTABLE for productivity, collaboration, and impact

As leaders, you know that creating psychological safety for your people and teams is essential if you expect them to operate at or near their potential.

Empathy is the understanding of or identification with the emotions of others.

Emotional empathy is necessary but not sufficient for leaders.

Are you aware of how your innate patterns of action impact your people and teams?

If you naturally lean into risk, uncertainty, and change…you may be unintentionally creating chaos and anxiety for your people.
