1:1 Coaching session for each leader
- Module 3 Coaching includes leader’s manager, direct report, or collaborator to gain insight into the dynamics of their interactions

We use an Action-Based Strengths Assessment that reveals individuals’ innate Patterns Of Action in response to risk, uncertainty, and change. These insights help us identify the root causes of individual productivity and stress, as well as the potential for conflicts, blind spots, and inertia that can derail decision-making, collaboration, and trust.
2. EXPLORATION TO ENCOURAGE EMPATHY & ACCEPTANCE
We utilize a Scale of Emotions to explore individuals’ conditioned responses to stress, their Patterns of Emotions. These insights help build courage and self-esteem that increase capacity to face fears and try new things.
