We use an Action-Based Strengths Assessment that reveals the innate patterns of action and interaction beneath the surface of individual productivity as well as 1:1 and team dynamics. This helps us identify the root causes of visible results, including the strengths as well as the hot spots (conflicts, blind spots, and inertia) that derail productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
