EMPOWERING LEADER ACADEMY

The Challenge: Most business leaders are struggling to navigate today’s world of relentless risk, uncertainty, and change that can cause anxiety, doubt, and frustration. Conditioned patterns of emotions and innate patterns of action not only impact productivity, but they are often the underlying source of conflicts, blind spots, and inertia that derail decision-making, collaboration, and trust when working with others.

The Opportunity: Our transformational Empowering Leader Academy helps leaders develop self-awareness and understanding of, as well as empathy for, the patterns of emotions, actions, and interactions of themselves and others. These frameworks and insights empower leaders to better understand and meet customer and stakeholder needs with speed and agility…the essence of innovation.

Program Objectives:

Academy Overview:

  • Learning modules on the 3 Dimensions of Empowering Leadership
  • Each module (1/month) includes:
    • 2-hour Learning session (cohort)

    • 1-hour Q&A/Review session (cohort)

    • 1:1 Coaching session for each leader

    • Module 3 Coaching includes leader’s manager, direct report, or collaborator to gain insight into the dynamics of their interactions
  • March 10 & 24, April 14 & 28, May 12 & 19, via Zoom

  • Cohort will include no more than 12 leaders

Our Empowering Leader Academy is designed for leaders who care about, and know the success of their teams depend on, collaboration, accountability, and trust (e.g., leadership teams, product development teams.) The program can also be customized for leaders and their teams to experience together (in-person team workshop options available.)
